Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili with Bulgur
Bulgur gives this vegetarian chili a “meaty” feel. Chop and dump everything in the slow-cooker, walk away and enjoy dinner six to eight hours later!
Our floating life…
For most of the year, we tie Shiloh to a dock in B.C.’s Fraser River. But once summer comes, we say good-bye to the dock and explore the Salish Sea.
Regardless where our home is docked or anchored, I’m all about cooking, eating and drinking; traveling; living a simpler life, watching (probably) too much sports and celebrating all things Tollycraft.
