Possibly the easiest broccoli tuna casserole thanks to frozen veggies, canned tuna and an Instant Pot. Dinner in less then 30 minutes and clean-up is a breeze!
Heat Instant Pot using saute and add oil. Add onions and cook until translucent (about 5 minutes)
Turn Instant Pot off, add the egg noodles to the Instant Pot
Pour vegetable broth over and around noodles
Place tuna and broccoli over noodles and season with spices
Set Instant Pot to manual for 4 minutes. Once cooking complete, release pressure immediately.
Stir in nutritional yeast, milk, cheese and peas (if using) until cheese is melted and casserole thickens (about 5 minutes).
