Ingredients
2
cups
vodka
or enough to cover fill your container
2
jalapenos
sliced with seeds
Instructions
Place jalapeños in a 16 oz mason jar (or other container).
Fill with vodka until peppers are covered.
Let sit for about 4 days (I check then and see how it’s going. It’s easier to dilute if it gets too strong then not have enough flavour.)
Remove peppers and strain to remove any seeds.
Keep refrigerated. Add to your Caesars and Bloody Mary’s or other savory vodka drinks.
Notes
This jalapeño vodka was boat tested and tasted on a 1978 Tollycraft 37 Sedan. See other
