Happy National Banana Day!! We’re celebrating with bananas and chocolate combined into one tasty cake based on a recipe by Heart of a Baker.
The recipe has all my favourite elements – it’s easy, quick, inexpensive, plant-based, works well in my little boat galley (and propane stove) and is so oh good.
Just a couple of adjustments – I used two small bananas (mashed them instead of blending) and used dark chocolate chips for the topping. And next time I’m thinking some pecans would be a divine addition!
