Buns, loaves, pizza crust, bagels… oh how I love thee! And like many, I started making all things doughy last year when COVID first started. A year later, COVID is still here and I’m still making bread. During this year, I’ve learned the value of patience when it comes to dough which I’d like to think as spread to other areas of my life (that may just be wishful thinking).
